That stinks about losing out on the $10K from the old house not selling. When I was in my last job, I could have gotten a $2K bonus for getting a certain license. I missed it by a few months. It stinks, but sometimes life happens.

December was a good month for us and we are looking forward to an even better January.

Hope the new year inspires you to keep up with your goals! I like how you create monthly goals for yourself instead of the yearly ones that a lot of people, including myself, do. Maybe I should start this habit.
