Recently, a marketing rep for FlexScore contacted me out of the blue. She had read the comments I left on the Review of FlexScore over at Get Rich Slowly and decided to reach out to me.
As part of a special promotion for FlexScore, they’ve agreed to partner with me and give away 10 free FlexScore paperback books to MoneyAhoy readers (they’ll even cover shipping and handling for the winners).
Here’s a marketing blurb about the book from Amazon: “Tired of that gnawing feeling in your gut telling you that you should be doing better with your finances, but you don’t know where to begin? Begin here. This book is different. It’s about FlexScore, a revolutionary tool offering financial advice for the rest of us. This book was written for the average American. It is full of lessons and stories of real client situations, both successes and failures. We think it’s time for real industry change and believe FlexScore brings it.”
The book sounds pretty damn interesting to me. I’ll definitely be giving the book a read and checking out their website to find out what my FlexScore is (it’s free to sign-up)! I’ve got a couple other books to read first, but I’ve put this one on my short list. The entire concept of getting a full financial score for how you’re doing is such a great idea (I wish I had thought of it first 🙂 )
If you’re interested in winning your very own paperback copy of the FlexScore book, just enter the Rafflecopter drawing below for your chance to win! You can get more giveaway entries by following MoneyAhoy on twitter, tweeting about the giveaway (daily), liking MoneyAhoy on Facebook, or adding your comments on what you would use FlexScore to help you with below! Make sure to read the terms and conditions (Shipping and Handling to US will be free) 🙂

I am thinking about focusing full throttle on paying down my mortgage, this would reduce my savings rates for other accounts.

RP,
Sounds like a conservative plan – this can be a good idea for some folks who don’t like to take a lot of risk. Good luck in the giveaway!
